My daughter had been training at Quest Martial Arts in Reseda for the past year and now is training at the brand new Canoga Park location. The facilities are very clean and comfortable. The staff is welcoming and friendly with both the children and their parents each and every visit. At the start of my daughter's training, my husband and I were looking for a place for my daughter to "find her voice". Having been bullied she had become very shy and introverted. To see her in class today you see a strong confident girl who is striving through hard work, discipline, and respect; to reach her goal of earning her black belt. Quest has everything you are looking for: quality training by black belt instructors...not one or two, but all instructors are well trained black belts. Look no further, Quest has everything you are looking for in a Martial Arts studio.

This place is awesome! My daughter has ADHD and this place has helped improve in the areas of self-esteem, self-control, discipline and much more. I would recommend this establishment to anyone. Also, Mrs. Bautista will work with the females in the beginning and help them build self-esteem and confidence.
